ahh, okay, yes! yes. this all makes sense and is much clearer to me, in terms of where you are trying to focus on. I was reading this post largely from completely the opposite pov, basically: I saw output as the product of well-managed projects being given efficient manpower, and it seems like you were seeing output as "produce results now, whether or not they emanate from sustainable practices." Ah, okay, yes. That makes a lot of sense. :) ♥
