I would be very cross if the Advisors were Chairs or Board members; these are NOT positions that should be filled buy the same people concurrently. I would think *outsiders* to the Org are vastly preferable, even, by which I mean I wouldn't find it outrageous if all manners of Volunteers already in the Org were ineligible!
